THRIVE Youth Coalition for Drug Prevention in Kane County is dedicated to empowering our community's youth and fostering a drug-free environment. Through collaborative efforts with local stakeholders, educational institutions, law enforcement, and health organizations, we strive to prevent substance abuse, reduce drug-related harm, and promote mental and physical well-being among young people. Our mission is to equip youth with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to make informed decisions and lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Together, we work towards creating a safer, healthier, and drug-free future for all members of Kane County.
Welcome to the THRIVE Youth Coalition, a transformative initiative spearheaded by The THRIVE Parenting Project, Inc., a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to enhancing the well-being of parents and families in Kane County, Illinois.
In response to the mounting mental health and drug abuse concerns plaguing our community, we recognize the urgent need for action. With a profound understanding of the challenges families face in our region, we have partnered with LEAD (Linking Efforts Against Drugs) to launch the THRIVE Youth Coalition—a visionary effort designed to address these complex issues head-on.
Through the THRIVE Youth Coalition, we aim to create a resilient foundation that withstands the test of time, ensuring that our community continues to prosper and flourish for generations to come.
This event is not just about having fun; it's about coming together as a community to support mental health awareness. By participating, you are helping to foster a supportive environment for our youth and promoting the importance of mental well-being.

Restoring Resilience & Transforming Lives in Kane County
At THRIVE, our approach is not just about reacting to crises; it's about proactively shaping solutions that lead to lasting change. We recognize that these issues are complex and multifaceted, requiring a comprehensive strategy rooted in data-driven insights and community engagement.
Our methodology is guided by a three-pronged approach:
Central to our mission are the partnerships we have forged with key stakeholders, including the Saint Charles School District D303, Kane County judicial and governmental leadership, Saint Charles governmental leadership, Village of Wayne leadership, local therapists, advocates, Saint Charles Police and Fire Leadership, Kane County Regional Office of Education leadership, and other community leaders in youth organizations. Their collective expertise, resources, and support are invaluable as we navigate this journey together.
